Redemption Guidelines & Restrictions
Please review the terms below to ensure a smooth, fair, and transparent certificate redemption experience.
Important Overview
Your lifetime access enrollment provides entry to a variety of certificate categories including hotel stays, resort certificates, dining certificates, cruise certificates, and more.
To maintain fairness, prevent misuse, and protect the value of the program for all account holders, the following guidelines and restrictions apply to all certificate redemptions.
Eligibility Requirements
To redeem certificates, account holders must:
- Hold active lifetime access
- Redeem certificates through the official redemption links provided in their dashboard.
- Use certificates exactly as stated on each certificate (destination rules, date rules, occupancy rules, etc.).
- Provide accurate personal information when redeeming.
General Redemption Rules
certificates must be redeemed before the expiration date listed on the certificate.
Most certificates require the account holder to pay taxes, booking fees, and government charges, where applicable.
Certificates cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically allowed.
Certificates cannot be resold, transferred, gifted, or shared outside your household.
Redemptions must follow the instructions inside each reward category.
Travel Certificates (Flights, Hotels, Resorts)
Blackout dates may apply during holidays, peak seasons, and special events.
Availability varies depending on destination and travel period.
Some resort certificates require minimum stay commitments.
Taxes and resort fees, if applicable, are the account holder's responsibility.
Cruise Certificates
Account holders are responsible for taxes, port fees, gratuities, and government charges.
Cruise lines may impose age, health, or identification requirements.
Upgrades are optional and paid directly to the cruise operator.
Dining & Entertainment Certificates
Reservations may be required.
Some certificates must be used in a single visit.
Alcohol, gratuity, and service charges may not be included unless stated.
Prohibited Uses
To protect the program, the following actions are not allowed:
Redeeming certificates for resale or commercial use.
Attempting to claim certificates multiple times.
Using false, misleading, or incomplete information during redemption.
Abusing the membership in a way that violates program fairness.
Any violations may result in suspension or termination of account access.

Access Portal does not issue or manage the certificates themselves.
