Everything you need to know about your membership benefits, access, and requirements.

1. Nature of Service

1.1. Access Portal does not sell travel packages, hotel nights, cruises, flights, dining credits, electronic items, or any physical/digital certificate directly.

1.2. Your purchase provides access rights only to an online member portal where you may view, select, and redeem reward opportunities (“Rewards”) offered through independent third-party partners.

1.3. Access Portal is strictly an access gateway, not the merchant of record, provider, or issuer of any Reward.

2. Personal Use Only (Non-Transferable)

2.1. Your Membership is personal and non-transferable.

2.2. You may not sell, gift, loan, or transfer your access or any reward redemption opportunity.

2.3. Attempted transfer or misuse may result in membership suspension without refund.

3. Redemption Policies

3.1. All Rewards are redeemed and fulfilled directly by third-party partners.

3.2. Some Rewards may require mandatory government taxes, port fees, booking fees, or a small shipping/processing fee—these fees are charged by the reward provider, not Access Portal.

3.3. Access Portal has no control over scheduling, availability, or redemption requirements.

3.4. Redemption instructions must be followed exactly as provided inside the portal.

4. Availability & Changes

4.1. Reward categories, certificate values, participating destinations, and redemption processes are subject to change at any time.

4.2. Access Portal does not guarantee availability for specific dates, locations, or reward categories.

4.3. All availability is determined exclusively by third-party partners.

5. Fees & Payments

5.1. Your payment to Access Portal covers Membership access only, not the reward itself.

5.2. Any required taxes, fees, or shipping are collected directly by the reward provider.

5.3. Access Portal does not modify, collect, or profit from these fees.

6. Third-Party Service Disclaimer

Access Portal is not responsible for:


  • Hotel/resort quality or star rating

  • Cruise line policies, port changes, or itinerary adjustments

  • Airline schedule changes, cancellations, or delays

  • Restaurant quality or menu availability

  • Product quality for physical items redeemed

  • Customer service provided by partner companies

  • Redemption issues caused by user error or failure to follow instructions

Any disputes regarding a specific Reward must be handled directly with the partner.

7. Refund Policy

7.1. Access Portal offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Membership fees only if no Rewards have been redeemed.

7.2. Once a reward redemption is initiated or completed, the Membership becomes non-refundable.

7.3. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

8. User Responsibilities

8.1. Members must read all redemption instructions carefully.

8.2. Members are responsible for verifying any travel requirements (IDs, passports, age requirements, etc.) and for paying any mandatory taxes/fees.

8.3. Failure to follow instructions may result in invalidated eligibility.

9. Misuse & Account Termination

Access Portal may revoke or suspend Membership without refund in cases of:


  • Attempted resale of Rewards

  • Fraud or suspected fraud

  • Abuse of the Membership system

  • Policy violations

  • Attempted access to Reward categories not included in your plan

10. No Warranty (“As Is” Access)

10.1. Membership is provided “as is” with no guarantee of a particular savings amount or specific reward availability.

10.2. Access Portal does not guarantee that any specific hotel, cruise, restaurant, or reward category will remain available indefinitely.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Access Portal is not liable for:


  • Personal travel costs

  • Third-party errors, delays, or cancellations

  • Damages, losses, or injuries related to partner services

  • Misprints, listing errors, or price changes

  • Any act or omission of a reward partner

12. Agreement

By purchasing or using your Reward Access Pass, you acknowledge and agree that:


  • You are buying access, not a travel package

  • All Rewards are provided by third-party partners

  • Applicable taxes/fees are normal and outside Access Portal’s control

  • You understand and accept all terms listed above
